my entire driver side tail light is out on my 2012 town and country. are the lights
individually fused or do you think its the whole assembly

Tail lights are all on one fuse, so if you tail lights on one side then you should have tail light on the other. Could just be bad bulbs, ground path damaged on the side or even wiring issues on that side.
