All windows not working

Do the windows go down when pressing the individual switches on each door? If so then you need a new driver door switch. If not, could be a fuse.
On a 2011 Dodge Journey my window will not roll down or roll up when you pulled a hand the switch it'll sit there and hum what would that be
What would the answer be on my window
i have to same problem on a 2010 but it happened after someone else boosted with the car.. i checked the fuss but was still good maybe the relay??? or possibly the main switch...
What ended up being the problem? Mine has the same issue and the fuse is fine, switch is fine.
I have a 2009 with this issue, both front windows won’t work and the electric mirrors either. I’m going to check the fuses tomorrow and hope it’s a simple fix
I asked a car shop for an estimate. It would cost $112 just to assess if it's a mechanical issue or an electrical issue. So, I decided to check myself. I took everything apart using youtube videos and couldn't get it to work. Changed the motor and still didn't work (minus the hums and clicking noise). I gave up but my electrician brother-in-law took a look. The wires that hook up to the main switch were loose. He pushed them in and tightened them. That got it working and haven't had a problem since.
My power windows are not working in my 2016 journey what can I do
Guru711NQ: I took my 2012 journey to the dealership. Paid a load of money to find out that the ground wire was broken. That was the only problem.
The window I a 2013 dodge journey goes down but dose not go up

I have a 2012 journey with the same issues. I had a broken wire in the flex between the door and door jamb. It's a larger gauge wire brown or tan in color. Remove door panel, disengage wire harness in door jamb. Remove wiring harness from door with a T-20 torx. Slide flex sleeve up to find broken wire. Crip back together with a 22-18 gauge butt connector. Took about 30 minutes.
Just wanted to tell JasonD1973, THANK YOU!!!!! That's exactly what was going on.
Jason 1973. Thanks , buddy's 2016 just HAD that prob, your fix was the answer, suprised there wasn't a recall

It should be a big fat recall. No fun when explaining to others "no, it's not the battery, nor the fuse, and none of the other pwr windows on their doors work and no, the power windows have not stopped being operational, nor have the lights on the door panel, yes I've examined the fuse box under the hood, under the dash on passenger and driver side." This is exactly why I did not want to take it to a mechanic and instead seeked feedback from an electrician, or someone who actually enjoys working on Dodge Journeys and is probably about the same size and mass as my munchkin-kitty-cat. In summary, CarGurus rocks.
This worked for me also. 1 of the wires were cracked and window was working intermittently. Spliced them together now window works great.
I am having the same problem with my 2015. It looks as though the previous owner spliced them before but had cut the wire. Needless to say its too short now and if the door is open past the second stop the wires come apart. And though this sounds an easy task not to open the door too far, the kids don't seem to grasp it. Can some tell me the wire info so I can add to it?

2012 Journey with the same issue none of the windows worked at all, all of the windows are grounded threw the master switch, found that the tan wire in the drivers door jam was indeed broken, which i think is the ground, once repaired the windows worked fine
