I'm look to get a 2006 dodge magnum with 113000 miles
on it no check engine light on n the guy is asking 2600.  Is it
worth it?

Take to a mechanic to have it looked over. Just because the check engine light is not illuminated means little related to the condition of the car and mechanical needs.
