How to fix anti theft system?

I have a 2010 buick lacrosse I think the anti theft
system has either broke or has me locked out not
real sure but put they key in turn on the lights come
on car door dings but I go to try to start and it does
nothing I mean nothing at all the only light on dash
is a orange P with circle around it and has a wrench
under it

See the only thing I have done to it was put a new radiator in it and and got it all hooked up and this started happening
