I want to swap hubs on my 2004 Ford Escape XLT to a different bolt pattern so
I can fit TIS rims on it.

I'd like to fit a 2004 Ford Explorer hub assembly onto them.

Either get wheels with the correct bolt pattern or use adapters. Swapping in Explorer hubs won't work.
