My 2006 dodge stratus won't turn over. The battery has been tested and it's good. What is the problem?

Dodge Stratus 2006 automatic won't turn over. It has a fairly new battery. it was working
before and the next day it won't turn over.

If the radio and wipers won't work as well as won't even turn over....check the twenty amp start/fuel fuse in the power distribution block under the hood,, there is a diagram in your manual.. it is in the last row of small fusses in the pdb.... use a flash light to see if fuse is blown....keep some extra fusses in your car...there is a reason it blew..
