Green fuse just means 30 amp, they are color coded. Could be several things it runs. What is the fuse labeled as on the cover? What quits working...no start or what..

on the top of the fuse it has the number 20...the car turns on and runs great when i put a new fuse in, but when i turn it off it wont turn on unless i put a new fuse in.

where the fuse goes it's labeled (start/fuel)
Cabin or underhood fuse box? The cabin box has two 30amp fuses, one is HVAC blower, the other power windows. Underhood all I see is for PCM
OK I was looking at owners manual, and it's not quite like you describe. I may not have the right one. And usually 20's are yellow, but a light yellow that I guess could be called green..sort of. You may need an auto electrician for this, try as I might it's really difficult from behind a keyboard. But start/fuel not sure what that does
