My control arm and ball joint went on my 2006 dodge stratus and my friend has a 2001
dodge stratus with newly replaced ones but his engine died and he wants to scrap the
car, could I take his control arm and ball joint and replace mine with his?

From the search I've done, it's not the same part number. I doubt it would fit. http://www.factorychryslerparts.com/showAssembly.aspx?ukey_assembly=584205&ukey_make=1062&ukey_model=15516&modelYear=2001&ukey_category=20317 and http://www.factorychryslerparts.com/products/DODGE/2006/STRATUSSXT-SEDAN/ARM-Lower-Left-Control/4328069/04764501AG.html
