Blowee motor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 Dodge Stratus. The blower
motor works fine every morning, until I shut
the car off. When I start the car it doesn't
turn on right away. About 15 minutes down
the road it turns on by itself. It does work on
all settings when it actually turns on, so I
was told it wouldn't be the resistor. Another
note...I don't ever turn it completely off, so I
don't believe it's the switch.

if you found out what was going on and how to resolve it please let me know...thats how mine started then wouldn't work then thought it might just be a bad ground on the blower motor but now my ignition key won't come out, the heater doesn't work at all and none of the windows work at all.
