My battery died and after I jumped it the dash
lights and tail lights are out, could it be the fuse?

How old is the battery? Do you drive this car very often? Most older batteries don't hold charges very well in the cold. If you do't drive it very often, the battery has finally said goodbye, especially after the colder winter months. Sounds like time for a new battery.

Same problem here. but here the fuse break as soon as i put on the lights. I disconnect everything, but with no hopefull result
