I put car on time then rolled over the motor twice to see if the motor was still on time and it was so I cranked it but didn't want to start motor sounds like it is cranking to fast

So did the engine run after putting the new timing belt on?

Try spraying a little bit of starting fluid into the throttle body to see if it is a fuel issue, see if it fires off. Otherwise there may be low compression due to a bad head gasket.
