Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have a person that is interested in the car i have for sale on cargurus. They
want to pay cash.
It seems like it would just be easiest to go to my bank and have them give
the bank the cash to verify its good and then have the bank notarize the title
and bill of sale. If i click the start sale on your website, how do they pay cash,
and how does the process flow, where and they pay, when would i get the
money, and how do i get them the title?

Use your common sense! Do the transaction face to face. Give them the car, signed title and bill of sale in return for the money. Your bank is a good place to do it.

Do you CarGurus have a good document you can share for use as a car bill of sale?
