Transmission plug

I have a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta I seem to have lost
my transmission plug all the shops say it's a 10
millimeter but that falls right into the hole. Can
somebody please tell me why they don't know the
answer and give me the answer.

Can somebody please give me an answer cuz I really need to get this bolt today before they tow this car
