Lug nuts swollen

I was told lug nuts are swollen can not
remove

the problem isn't the actual lug nuts, but the chrome covers on them from the factory. they swell when they heat up and the lug wrench won't fit them. I ran into this the last time I took my ram in to have the tires rotated. they had to beat the socket onto the lugnuts. either deal with it or replace them.
