Why is my 05 Dodge Dakota getting hot?

My truck had a bad head so we replaced the head with a remanufactured one.
Now it gets hot almost as soon as it is started. And the cooling system seems
to be under pressure. We have a new thermostat in it also. Any ideas as to why
it would be getting hot so fast?
