How long can I leave my 2012 Touareg sit before the battery will no longer start
the vehicle ?

No way to accurately answer your question. It should be able to site for several weeks however, an old battery could go dead much sooner.

get a batt. monitor/charger , any newer car will use a bit of power over time and eventually kill the batt. I start/warm up sitting vehicles every 3-4 days , sometimes things go wrong when you don't even drive them
