Automatic Windows Question

Hello all, Happy New Year. I have a 2005 Durango SLT and I was wondering if there is a way to convert both the driver side and passenger side windows to raise automatically without houlding up the switch.?

the 07 durangos are like that, your gonna need the motor, and the switch assemblies out of them. once you get those parts you need to pop your door panel and unhook your switch and pull your window motor out, then you just put the new stuff in
