Inside of car is smelling like fuel

I have a hyundia sonata that smell like gas in
the interior (only when car is running) i check
the gas tank and didn't she no gas leaking
..any suggestions on what it could be

If you're not seeing liquid gasoline leaking I'd suspect the EVAP system is leaking gas vapors. Is your check engine light or service engine soon light on? If so, have the computer scanned for trouble codes and see if you have an EVAP code. Most auto parts stores will scan the computer for free. Hope that helps! Jim
