2005 Dodge Durango transmission overheat light

2005 Dodge Durango transmission overheat light kept coming on.  The transmission would shift harder while the light was on, but turning the Durango off and then back on would reset the light and all would be well for a few days.  Had the transmission control solenoid replaced and the transmission serviced.  Worked fine for a few weeks and now the light comes on again.  Could it be the ECU causing the problem?

What is the code that is coming up now, is it the same code as before...? When you say service, di you have the fluid and filter changed?
