My check engine light goes off then comes back on

Durango is check engine going off and back on the
truck  won't move too fast putting pressure on the
serpentine belt making it make noise but also got  
a ticking noise coming from the bottom of the car
from the muffler don't know what's going on also
just did a tune up and all fluids are good

the check engine light was on now it's not can a exhaust leak cause my truck to hesitate to to go
