Writing a review?

Asked by Georgina Dec 27, 2016 at 06:14 PM about the 2012 MINI Countryman S ALL4 AWD

Question type: General

Hello, I found a car on Cargurus that I ended up buying. I have the receipt from
the dealership. Unfortunately I had a really poor experience with this dealership
(car broke down 10 miles into first drive, dealership didn't want to know me) & I
would like to share my experience on Cargurus. Am I able to write a review
even though I didn't contact the dealership via your website? I feel that other
potential buyers should know about my experience & maybe it will save them a
lot of time, money & grief by reading my review? Many thanks, Georgie.

Talk to an attorney or even the dealership general manager or owner. What year make and model of car was it.

Hi Bob, it is a 2012 Mini Countryman. The sales guy who sold me the car said he talked to the owner & basically the answer was I was "unlucky" & they consider it "maintenance" (even though the car only made it 10 miles before it started sputtering & I had to pull into the first dealership I came across which cost me $900). Honestly, I am in my busiest time of year right now, I am super reluctant to start a legal battle. I just want to write reviews on every possible website warning buyers of this dealership, and that they have no qualms about taking your money & leaving you high & dry when things go wrong right out of the gates.

Georgina, I just bought a 2012 Mini Countryman that would not start upon delivery. I live in the Caribbean. This isn't possibly the same car is it? Red? What did you do end up doing? What is the name of the dealership. April (Magnus wife)

It would be interesting to know what the problem was with the vehicle. Also most quality used cars come with a very short warranty. My guess is that this vehicle was purchased at a used car dealer rather than a dealership, but I could be wrong. Some of the used car dealers can be on the shady side, but dealerships can be as well.

I need to write a review for R Lamar Motots. The link provide does not work. Disabled people need to be aware of how this dealer handles us.
