Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello Guys, I have a 05 Dodge Magnum RT 5.7 and the
lighting bolt is flashing in my car and its slow down
my car and I have to park my car ,turn it off for a
min and its back to normal.. I have already changed out the chance the
throttle body twice this week. The car starts up very rough in the 65degree or
below weather her in florida. Idle is jumping/reving up until she warms up. I
candrive the car anywhere in the 75 degree or up with no issues. But if its
cold outside 50-70 degree the car throw a P2173 code  "Throttle actuator
Control System - High AirFlow" and at times both P0507 "the engine's idle
speed is higher".  Single dad with a little one issue is only happening on cold
days
