05 Dodge Magnum

I Have An 05 dodge magnum that will not
accelerate it starts up and runs but want go
and is blowing out fuses one bye one before
it stopped accelerating I put a new throtter
body on it and its still want accelerate it has
an lightening bulb light on on the dash board
is it the gas peddle sensor or the it need to
be programmed???
