First you would need to check for spark, and if there is spark, then fuel pressure would need to be checked.

Nothing was stated in your original question on what was going on. So, is the battery good? Have the battery checked, and clean up the battery connections. Any other clues?

Yes, the battery is brand new, lights come on, radio too, but when I turn the key, nothing, it's a electric starter with a comp.chip, I had the barrel refurbished, new starter switch put in, it's mind boggling, and I'm using my spare key witch is new so I know the chip in the key is good,I appreciate your help and advice on the matter so if there's anything you can think of ,I'd love to know, thanks

The key...do you have the original key? It may be in that key if it was not programmed for the ignition switch.
