Neon code p0340

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

If I replace crank sensors, battery, new starter ,
new fuel pump and filter or regulator, ignition coil
pack ,spark plugs,  and I still get the code p0340!
Should I just burn this car down???  It only has
60000 miles and it looks great. But I spent over a
grand . What should I do???

Yes . Starts right up on a dime! Runs smooth for a long time then out of nowhere it starts stuttering or missing bad like driving on 2 or 3 cylinders . Barely over 20 mph for maybe 2 miles then sometimes it’s stops on its own or I turn off and restart and it drives smooth again. I had this car with no issues for 3 years now it’s costing me a bucks. I’m clueless any more.
