2005 dodge neon SE wont crank but has good battery power 5speed standard could it be
a fuse or relay or as simple as a clutch depress switch which is not on the floor of the car

no click of the solenoid , it tried to crank very weakly but after that nothing had it towed to my shop will check for power to the starter with my test light will check clutch switch under the hood because it is not located at the clutch pedal that i can see. i also tried to push start it but to no avail, or pop the clutch, which points to clutch switch

yes checked relayok checked starter and found loose wire on starter put a little silicone grease on it and reconnected it, starts and works fine. problem fixed.

I have dodge neon 1997 I can pop clutch it starts but won't with key I replaced starter ign switch clutch safety switch what am I missing?

check starter relay, also make sure you have battery power at large terminal on starter, and power to the smaller terminal when cranking
