check your coolant temp sensor to see if its reading correctly.
im having same problem right now and i got the p0300 code along with a p0700 code so ill update as i progress and btw i am a mechanic
so... your problem is possibly an o2 sensor when you have carbon covered o2 sensor sending distorted info to the ecm it will change the fuel to air mixture and end us leaving the spark plugs white on the ends or with residue because of the change so try replacing the spark plugs one last time and the o2 sensors its not expensive and you can easily do yourself
thats the problem i was having with no o2 code but the i/m on the scanner was giving me an inc read on one o2 sensor so i replaced them and the lugs and boom job done. starts great and no shaking at idle anymore either
