Temperature too high and no heat

Hey I have a 2005 dodge neon and my
temperature has been reading extremely too
high I have no leak no where and my
overflow tank is full . any help

Probably need to change out the thermostat, and purge the cooling system from air.

Ok bc they had me but a failsafe thermostat that doesn't fail but I will be returning that and getting the right one and how do I purge the cooling system from air
