I suspect a leaking head gasket leaking coolant into #7.
So i would change the head gasket?sorry i should have mentioned im a woman with little knowledge of mechanics..
Hi there. What did it end up being? This is happening to my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee too
the code specifically is telling you that it is bad spark plug/wire/boot. i have the exact code reading and all you have to do is replace the plugs and boots/wires if necessary, best to just do all of them at once, all 8 plugs that is. just to be on the safe side. JUST SAYING.... anything else in regards to blowing white smoke wouldnt have anything to do with that code reading. id take it to a mechanic for that issue. but code P0307 misfire Cylinder 7 is EXACTLY the problem i stated above. CHANGE YOUR PLUGS AND WIRES
