find your bottom hose that comes off radiator and goes to the block. wrap your hand around the hose and have some one give it gas or do it your self. if pump is good you will feel the hose force your hand open. also pop radiator lid and give it gas and see if you can see water moving and circulating good. may be a bad thermostat or you could have air trapeed in your coolant lines and have to bleed it. and worst case may be head gasket. there will most likely be oil in your water and water in your oil if its a head gasket. that and it will be experiencing power loss as in hp not electric. hope this helps
