Why is my car off the listing?

You emailed me to put a cup on my car and send you the picture of it  to  
prove to car gurus that  I was not a fraud . I just look for my truck and its still
not on your listing , plus you emailed me to thanks me for posting  my car and
call me a nick name that is not me ...( Nippa 906 ) thats not me!!   Can you
find out whats going on and fix it.  Its the first time selling a car with car gurus
and so far not a good experience
