02 sensor on a 2000 jeep Cherokee

Took my jeep to  O Reilly's to see why check engine light is
on it came up sensor 1 and 2 bank one short to voltage and
bank 2 sensor 2 melfunction and misfire on 1 3 6 cylinder
had a tune up not that long ago changed spark plugs and
plug wires not sure why it would start misfiring again some
please help

Those misfires are probably what's making the o2 sensors set a code. If your recent tune up included spark plugs and ignition wires, the only thing left to check is distributor, rotor and coil. Not sure what ignition system you have but check it out.

Hornet_2497 thank you one more questions why would it fix misfire problem when we got the tune up the first then start misfireing again?

It does not have individual coil wires who has a bar with the boots

The tune up is a good thing but if it's still misfiring, then I'm suggesting something is still not right with the ignition system. Your ignition coil is like mine, six boots on a bar. Maybe put a plug in each boot and crank it over for spark.(Ground the plug.) I don't know another test for that so maybe replacing it is the only thing to do. That's the only ignition part left.
