Asked by Komani May 03, 2016 at 05:11 AM about the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is this normal for Jeep not to provide warranty on electric motor axle - that I have to pay extra $1400?

sometimes, the "normal warranty" goes 3 years or 36k miles. but sometimes a vehicle will come with an extended warranty which usually only covers mechanical issues with the drive train itself. very frustrating.
