Using one Altima to fix another as a parts car

I have a 06 my nephew had a '07 transmission is gone but I want to use the front end out from under it for the 06 any help would be appreciated

2002 to 2006 is the fourth gen Altima. 2007 is a fifth gen and a new front end and chassis platform. I will say NO. Stick with another 2002 to 2006 vehicle for parts compatibility.
