rattling engine while accelerating

hi,anyone ever had a problem while driving around 30-40mph and get a funny
rattling noise(cant say exactly where) but after pressing on the pedal it goes
away if you increase speed?? also get it when climbing a hill... i dont know if its
something to do with ignition plz can anyone advise ???

I have the same issue with my Nissan tiida. Around 20km to 50km i sometimes get a rattle like the muffler is falling off but nothing is loose. Its bizarre and confusing. Its always been there for the last 4 years but is alot noisier since last week after having fanbelt tightened.
