Passengers side and both rear power windows quit working but drivers side and moon roof works.

Does not make a whirring sound as if trying to work, just completely unresponsive. 2002 Honda Accord. Is it the fuse or the motor or something else? Approx price to fix?

Usually the master switches burn out on the driver's door for some reason, which you can check with some jumper wires. It also could be bad relays or fuses or motors, but that is easy enough to check after ruling out or confirming the master switch as the cause.
