why does my 2004 honda navigation system touch screen not work?

my navigation system quit working. I pulled out the disc and put it back in. It asked me for the code, which I tried to enter, but it will not take the code. This is an intermittent problem. It has been going on for about 3 months and 3 times I have been able to enter code and system comes up. But all the other times it will not take the code. Sometimes one number, occasionally the first two., but it just won't work. How can I fix this? and how much is it going to cost?

Take your car to a honda dealer, same thing happened to me. I was actually getting the code from my car and it wouldn't work. I took it to a honda dealer and they got it!
