Blown out sparkplug

Driving my 04 v6 vtec accord it started having a
mis when i check each coil in front of engine the
middle one you can hear a mild tapping sound and
fill something hitting it , so i tried pulling that coil
out it was stuck got it out next day the plug blow
out

Put grease on a 14x1.50 tap and clean up the threads in the head,install new plug and see if it tightens up good,if not you can helicoil it.

Should be,Did you take the plug out? if you did post pic. of plug and the best you can down the hole.
