Size tire

I have stock rims the size of 16's and was
wondering if I can put 18 inches ENKEI RIM
with Tires 225/40 R18 on my 2005 Honda
Accord exl

Looks like the original size is 205/60R16. According to the tire size calculator at https://tiresize.com/comparison/ , the tires should fit. The height of the 18" tires is about a half inch shorter. The width is about 3/4" wider.

I wanted to see if 205/70 R 15 tires can fit my 2004 Honda Accord. The accord tires are 205/60 R16
