Timing belt broke 2007 accord v6 manual

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2007 honda accord v6 with manual transmission. I bought it recently and is has 150,000 miles. I have 32 service records for it, but found nothing about the timing belt or water pump. So I brought it to my mechanic to get them replaced. They did that and got it running for a few minutes. Then the new tensioner locked up and the belt broke!! They said cylinder 2,4,6 has bent valves. Now I am super worried that other stuff got damaged and I will have huge problems in the future :( What should I do?

You can install a rebuilt engine if you plan on keeping the car long term or you can just rebuild the heads. Once they pull the heads they can inspect the pistons to see if they are damaged.
