Wrong price advertised on Car Gurus

Asked by Guru5TZV6 Aug 16, 2019 at 10:07 PM about the 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser 4WD

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

CarGurus had a 2012 FJ cruiser advertised at
$17,000 from puente hills Mitsubishi and as I was
in the process of trying to get this vehicle --
Mitsubishi  informed me that you advertised the
wrong price and they raised it on me!?? Is this your
fault or theirs because I had some problems with
them giving me other reasons as to why the price
was so low before they figured out they needed to
raise it!!??

Cargurus does not set the price the dealer do and sometimes post a lower price to get you in the door. Are you looking at the actual dealer price or the Cargurus suggest price or IMV? They are two different things.
