2012 Dodge Grand Caravan

I had this problem in my 2013. Like the previous answer says, it could be a lot of things - but try an experiment for me if you would. With the key/fob in, turn the key until the power comes on (but not enough to crank it). Do that 3 - 5 times with maybe a half second pause between turns. Then on the final try actually crank it. If it works there is a chance that your TIPM is failing. Mine went bad and would not properly send a signal to the fuel relay. Once I knew the trick I was able to use it for about a week until the refurbished TIPM I ordered arrived. That was about 2 years ago and no issues since.
