2012 transmission dipstick tube

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Hello, I am trying to find the transmission dipstick tube with no luck. I know there is no dipstick, but I think there must be a tube with a cap on it so I can add more fluid if necessary? Thanks! This is on a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, 6 speed transmission

Yeah, leave it to those great engineering minds at Dodge to force you to bring the car to them or go to extraordinary lengths to merely check your oil. Wow, I never was impressed by them and have only owned an old 66 Plymouth as a spare car once I purchased from a friend. Had the car a short time and actually tripled my investment because I purchased it so cheap. I doubt that I would ever own a Chrysler/Dodge product again. They're frequently cited as the lowest rated cars on the market. Not impressed.
I don't know how long I looked for that stupid dip stick . I had to resort to calling my Chrysler dealer here in Pleasanton, Ca. , and he sort of made a joke out of it, and then said my only option was to bring the car to them. Just to CHECK the fluid was $171.00!! I said "are you kidding". Won't go back; ever. Thanks, Clancy
I said the same thing and the dogde caravan it's the wores car to driver Too weak because it's not strong enough

It’s on the lower front side of the trans. It’s a little black cap that says dealer use only. If you want to check it take your oil dipstick, make marks at 5,15,40, and 55mm. The first two are your cold levels and the last two are your hot levels. Pop the black plug out. Insert oil dipstick till it stops and check. That’s it.
All the people that are complaining about Dodge not including a dipstick have never driven a BMW. You can't even check the engine oil which is definitely more important than checking the transmission fluid
