How to change or unlock mykey setting for volume and speed

If you aren't using the master key you can't change anything. I've had to erase all keys and reprogram any existing and new ones to get rid of the mykey problem for many customers.

If I have 2 keys and both are set as a MyKey how do I get an admin key back to clear the settings? Do I have to buy a new key???
