I bought the 2012 HiHy Ltd used and had issues playing from my phone through the unit and this is what worked for me. I went to Setup / General / Delete Personal Data. After a few moments the personal data was deleted and I was able to re-pair my phone to the unit. The third step (second was the re-pair) was to go to Setup / Audio / Portable Audio Player and select my phone that now appeared as an option. The reason for deleting personal data is this will remove any other devices that may be setup as the portable player, as the previous owner in my case was. Hopefully this helps someone
