I use to like the Interstate battery, I had one last 11 years. The last time I kept up with this battery was in the early 2000's. People I know started having problems with this battery. Come to find out they started making the plates thinner inside the battery, making the battery cheaper. Not real sure how they are now, but that is all it takes to steer me away from the Interstate. For an affordable battery I am now trying the Remy battery. After 3 years now, I have not had a problem. Also, any place that handles vehicle batteries will know which battery goes into your vehicle.
