Fuel pump reset? It isn't getting fuel pressure or it isn't getting injector pulses?

2017 Camaro ss had dealership replacement of fuel pump no fix then ecm still no fix what's the problem

    It seems like I'm have to replace my fuel pump, I cut the trap door on it but wondering if I can cut the fuel lines and replace it with rubber ones instead of dropping the fuel tank
