Check fuses, fuel pump, fuel filter, check engine fault codes, check security system, etc. If it turns over we know battery is good. Now we need to determine which system is faulty, ignition or fuel. Spray some ether into intake and try to start. if it starts we know you have fuel system fault. if no start on ether try a few times to be sure. About 1 second spray should do it. If it still wont start id look into spark delivery.
My 07 durango would stall while driving. I replaced the map and tpm sensor and now the truck drives like new. Hope this helps, total cost was roughly $80 in parts and to have sears do it, cost $260.
I have a 03 dodge Durango 5.9 it will stall when the rpm's hit 3 grand but it will start right back up what could it be?
This just happened to my 05 Durango. Replaced the alternator and still won't start. Did you get this fixed?

My 05 Dodge Durango has shut off when I’m driving and steering wheel locked up. About a minute later i tried the key again and it turned back on.
I did get it fixed, it was the fuel pump
What was wrong with your durango
My 2006 Dodge durango shuts off while driving, then it starts right back up and it happens often, could someone give me answers?
I work on many 5.7 hemi engines and the problem you described sound like you're having an issue with either the fuel pump or the crankshaft position sensor. Just pull the OBD2 codes, but I'm sure it's what I said above.
I have a 2006 Durango hemi. This morning driving home it just shut off on me car still rolling I put it in neutral and turned the key and it fired back up.
I have an 06 Durango. It was snowing but it wasn't sticking to the roads. As I was pulling into a parking lot my engine shut off. Luckily I was still moving so I got in the parking lot before I came to a stop. It started right up. Now I'm worried if that happens when I'm on a highway. I have been having issues with my evap system lately. I pump my own gas because sometimes the pump will shut off believing the tank to be full. When it's actually near empty.
