I change spark plugs and now the truck will not run

I change the spark plugs because my truck was
running a little rough and now the truck when
started revs really high  low and High until it stalls

How long have you had it for? Private party purchase? Did it run a little rough when you got it? Are using the right octane gasoline? Next to no information given at all to get any help.

I have it 2 months it ran fine when I bought it I use regular gas but I have used seafom in the gas and intake
