Hi. My cigarette lighter outlet in the dash and also the middle console under the arm rest and the rear power outlets aren't working. I've checked all the fuses (under the hood and on the driver side)

Are you sure it is the outlets that are not working? Could it be what you are plugging them into them? Try your chargers in another car to see if they work.
Going under the assumption that the fuses are good as you state, then I have to agree with FoR. That or some other device, even a cheap $2 12V tester light, available at any auto parts store, that you can stick to red wire probe on the button on the inside of the socket and ground the other black wire to see is there is power there
There is likely a fuse panel in the cab. Did you look at those fuses also?
Most plugs that work with cigarette lighters have an internal fuse. The end screws off to access the fuse.
Thanks everyone. I figured out that the fuse was completely missing from the slot.
Were having the same problem. 2007 dodge durango cigarette lighter dont work nor the plug on the back side of the arm rest in the middle; none of the fuses are blown inside or under the hood and the plugs weve been trying to use do work 100% ????

2006 durango the fuse is missing there and there is no port by the looks of it. The fuse simply won't go in.
where is the fuse for the 12v power outlet on a 04 durango
